December 12, 2018 – New York, NY: Medora Ventures announced that Blondel Pinnock will join the team as an Advisor specializing in social impact investing with an emphasis on Opportunity Zones and New Market Tax Credits.
Blondel provides advisory services to developers, fund managers, and investors seeking double bottom line returns in urban markets throughout the country. She is an attorney and a formally credit trained bank executive with over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, construction, small business, community and economic development investment.

Blondel began her banking career at FleetBoston Financial in its commercial real estate division. She was an SVP of Community Development Lending at Bank of America and most recently held the position of Chief Lending Officer for Carver Federal Savings Bank, the largest publicly traded black managed bank in the U.S.
Prior to joining FleetBoston, Blondel worked in New York’s Department of Housing Preservation and Development, where she became Director in 1999.
