NEW ORLEANS, LA, May 1, 2017 – Medora Ventures announced that John Walker Baus has been hired as an associate. He will be based in New Orleans, Louisiana, and will support clients across all three of Medora's business segments: Medora Capital, Medora Marketing, and Medora Public Affairs.

Prior, Baus served as an AmeriCorps VISTA at Propeller, a New Orleans non-profit that supports entrepreneurs as they build and grow ventures that tackle social and environmental disparities.

Medora Ventures co-founder and partner Rob Lalka stated, "John Walker worked on the team I supervised at Propeller, and throughout his year of AmeriCorps service there, two traits especially impressed me.
